On January 24, 2017, the company published a FORM 8-K to notify the public that is has initiated a name change to Turner Venture Group, Inc. (pending audit and SEC filings current status requirements). Additionally, we are increasing the number of authorized shares, and creation of a preferred class of stock all approved at TVOG last shareholder meeting. These are all activities in preparation for TVOG to make acquisitions in the near future.
On Friday, January 27, 2017, TVOG management will be meeting with auditors to finalizing SEC audit plans in preparation to file audited 10Q and 10K in the near future. The company also has plans to file Form 10 and / or Form S1 to meet standards to uplist to OTCQB. These steps coincide with the first acquisition while the company is proceeding with the audit process.
Turner management held advanced-stage meetings earlier this week with the bankers, to finalize the structure of the company’s initial acquisition and capital investment. A fast track plan has been organized and has been initiated to happen simultaneously with the remaining SEC filings. While management does not have a definitive timeline, the Company is working aggressively to produce results and complete the first acquisition as planned and will produce updates as they are available.
